Participation in any WolfPack Global Health program does not constitute the purchase of an insurance policy.
No insurance contract is created through membership, participation, enrollment, or use of any WolfPack Global Health service.

WolfPack Global Health does not provide:

- Medical diagnoses
- Medical treatment
- Prescriptions
- Healthcare provider services
All information provided through WolfPack Global Health is informational in nature and should not be interpreted as medical advice.

7. Membership Participation

8. Membership Renewal
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all annual memberships automatically renew for successive one (1) year terms.
To prevent renewal, written notice of cancellation must be received by WolfPack Global Health no later than six (6) weeks prior to the expiration of the current membership term.
If cancellation is not received within the required notice period, the membership shall automatically renew for an additional twelve (12) month term.
The renewal fee becomes due fourteen (14) days prior to the expiration date of the current membership period.
Members authorize WolfPack Global Health to collect applicable renewal fees using the payment method and billing arrangements provided during enrollment, subject to applicable law.
9. Non-Payment of Renewal Fees
Failure to pay membership fees or renewal fees when due may result in:
- Suspension of membership benefits;
- Suspension of participation rights;
- Loss of access to member services;
- Termination of membership.
WolfPack Global Health shall have no obligation to provide benefits, participation rights, support services, reimbursements, or member access during periods of non-payment.
10. Member Responsibilities
Members agree to:

- Comply with program rules;
- Cooperate with administrative requests;
- Protect account credentials and access information.
Members remain solely responsible for their healthcare decisions, financial decisions, and personal circumstances.

Membership fees, participation fees, administrative fees, and service fees must be paid according to the payment schedule disclosed during enrollment.
WolfPack Global Health reserves the right to:
- Refuse transactions;
- Suspend services;
- Restrict benefits;
- Terminate participation for non-payment.
Members remain responsible for taxes, duties, and governmental charges applicable in their jurisdiction.

16. Limitation of Liability

The maximum liability of WolfPack Global Health shall not exceed the total amount paid by the member during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
17. Suspension and Termination
WolfPack Global Health may suspend or terminate participation where:

- Payment obligations are not met;
- Compliance concerns arise.
Termination may result in loss of participation rights and member benefits.

Participation remains subject to applicable laws, regulations, provider availability, and operational requirements.
WolfPack Global Health reserves the right to restrict participation in specific jurisdictions.
19. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nevis, West Indies.
20. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from participation in WolfPack Global Health services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations.
If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws and procedures determined by WolfPack Global Health.
21. Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between WolfPack Global Health and the member regarding participation in the services and supersede all prior understandings.
