REFUND &
CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all memberships, participation programs, services, fees, and purchases offered by WolfPack Global Health Ltd. ("WolfPack Global Health", "Company", "we", "our", or "us").

By enrolling in any membership or purchasing any service through WolfPack Global Health, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Membership Fees

Membership fees are charged for participation in WolfPack Global Health programs and services.

By completing enrollment, the member acknowledges and agrees to all applicable fees, payment obligations, renewal terms, and cancellation requirements.

3. Cooling-Off Period

Where required by applicable law, members may be entitled to a statutory cancellation or cooling-off period.

Where a member expressly requests immediate access to membership benefits, services, digital resources, administrative support, healthcare participation programs, or other immediately available services, certain cancellation rights may be reduced or waived to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy shall limit any non-waivable rights granted by applicable law.

4. Annual Memberships

Unless otherwise stated in writing, memberships are purchased for a twelve (12) month term.

Membership fees are considered earned upon activation of membership benefits, administrative onboarding, enrollment processing, access to member resources, and participation rights.

5. Cancellation of Membership

Members may cancel future renewals by providing written notice to:

Cancellation requests must be received no later than six (6) weeks prior to the expiration date of the current membership term.

Failure to provide notice within the required cancellation period will result in automatic renewal for an additional twelve (12) month term.

6. Automatic Renewal

Unless properly cancelled, memberships automatically renew for successive one (1) year periods.

The renewal fee becomes due fourteen (14) days prior to the expiration date of the current membership term.

7. Refund Policy

Except where required by applicable law, membership fees are generally non-refundable after:

  • Membership activation;
  • Enrollment processing;
  • Administrative onboarding;
  • Access to member benefits;
  • Participation in membership programs;
  • Provision of services.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Partially used memberships;
  • Unused memberships;
  • Failure to utilize available benefits;
  • Voluntary withdrawal from participation;
  • Failure to meet eligibility requirements after enrollment.

8. Exceptional Refund Requests

WolfPack Global Health may, at its sole discretion, review exceptional refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Approval of any refund request shall not establish a precedent or obligation to approve future requests.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Members agree to contact WolfPack Global Health prior to initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal.

WolfPack Global Health reserves the right to provide payment processors, banks, card issuers, and financial institutions with documentation including:

  • Enrollment records;
  • Membership agreements;
  • Payment records;
  • Acceptance records;
  • Access logs;
  • Communication history;
  • Participation records.

10. Non-Payment

Failure to pay membership fees, renewal fees, or other applicable charges may result in:

  • Suspension of participation rights;
  • Suspension of member benefits;
  • Loss of access to services;
  • Termination of membership.

WolfPack Global Health shall have no obligation to provide services during periods of non-payment.

11. Program Changes

WolfPack Global Health reserves the right to modify, improve, replace, expand, or discontinue services, benefits, providers, resources, and participation programs.

Such modifications do not automatically create entitlement to a refund.
