CHECKOUT AUTHORIZATION POLICY

1. Introduction

This Checkout Authorization Policy governs all purchases, memberships, enrollments, participation programs, fees, subscriptions, and services offered by WolfPack Global Health Ltd. ("WolfPack Global Health", "Company", "we", "our", or "us") through www.wolfpackglobalhealth.com.

By completing any purchase, enrollment, membership application, or payment transaction, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Authorization to Purchase

By clicking any button labeled:

  • Purchase
  • Join
  • Enroll
  • Subscribe
  • Activate
  • Continue
  • Proceed to Payment
  • Confirm Order
  • Complete Enrollment

or any similar action during checkout, you confirm that:

  • You are legally authorized to use the selected payment method;
  • You are entering into a legally binding transaction;
  • You have reviewed the applicable pricing information;
  • You understand the nature of the membership or service being purchased;
  • You agree to all applicable policies published by WolfPack Global Health.

3. Membership Enrollment Authorization

By completing enrollment, you expressly request immediate processing of your membership application, onboarding procedures, administrative services, and access to available member resources.

You acknowledge that administrative work may begin immediately following enrollment.

4. Automatic Renewal Authorization

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all annual memberships automatically renew for successive one (1) year terms.

By completing enrollment, you expressly authorize WolfPack Global Health to renew your membership unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable cancellation requirements.

Members acknowledge that:

  • Memberships renew automatically each year;
  • Written cancellation notice must be received no later than six (6) weeks before the

expiration of the current membership term;

  • Failure to provide timely cancellation notice will result in automatic renewal for an

additional twelve (12) month term.

5. Renewal Fee Authorization

By enrolling in a membership program, the member authorizes WolfPack Global Health to collect renewal fees according to the billing arrangements provided during enrollment.

The renewal fee becomes due fourteen (14) days prior to the expiration date of the current membership term.

The member remains responsible for maintaining valid payment information and ensuring sufficient funds are available when renewal fees become due.

6. Acknowledgment of Membership Obligations

By completing checkout, the member acknowledges that:

  • Membership fees are payable according to the selected program;
  • Membership obligations continue until properly cancelled;
  • Failure to use available services does not eliminate payment obligations;
  • Membership benefits may be suspended in the event of non-payment.

7. Immediate Service Request

Where access to member resources, administrative services, support services, digital resources, onboarding materials, or participation programs is provided following enrollment, the member expressly requests immediate commencement of such services.

8. Withdrawal and Cooling-Off Acknowledgment

Where permitted by applicable law, the member acknowledges that immediate commencement of services, onboarding, administrative processing, membership activation, or access to member resources may affect or reduce certain cancellation or withdrawal rights.

Nothing contained in this policy shall limit any non-waivable consumer rights provided by applicable law.

9. Electronic Consent

The member agrees that:

  • Electronic acceptance constitutes legally binding consent;
  • Electronic signatures are valid and enforceable;
  • Electronic records may be used as evidence of authorization;
  • Electronic communications satisfy applicable notice requirements.

10. Record of Acceptance

WolfPack Global Health may retain records relating to:

  • Enrollment activity;
  • Checkout confirmations;
  • IP addresses;
  • Payment records;
  • Membership agreements;
  • Acceptance of policies;
  • Login activity;
  • Communication records.

Such records may be used for compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal purposes.

11. Fraud Prevention

WolfPack Global Health reserves the right to:

  • Verify member identity;
  • Request additional documentation;
  • Delay activation pending verification;
  • Refuse transactions;
  • Suspend memberships;
  • Cancel enrollments;

where fraud, abuse, unauthorized payment activity, or compliance concerns are suspected.

12. Chargeback Prevention

Members agree to contact WolfPack Global Health before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal.

WolfPack Global Health reserves the right to provide financial institutions, payment processors, banks, card issuers, and dispute resolution providers with relevant records relating to:

  • Enrollment;
  • Membership activation;
  • Payment authorization;
  • Policy acceptance;
  • Service delivery;
  • Administrative processing;
  • Communications.

13. Limitation of Liability

WolfPack Global Health shall not be liable for losses resulting from:

  • Incorrect information provided by the member;
  • Failure to review applicable policies;
  • Unauthorized use of payment methods;
  • Delays caused by third-party providers;
  • Failure to cancel within the required notice period.
